Full Cirlcle

I'm still a big fan of the midi skirt and fell in love with this one by Full Circle as soon as i saw it on ASOS. They didn't actually have any of my size left so I had to investigate further and manged to track one down from their own website here.

I've never really come across any of their stuff before but they have a few cool pieces, kind of reminds me of Alexander Wang who i am a massiiiive fan of he never seems to get it wrong.

Rockness last weekend was amazing fun but i now feel like i have come down with Glandular fever, Sinusitis, Flu and a throat infection all at once! It was definitely worth it though and on the plus side I am now living off Yoghurt and Ice cream :)

Black Navajo

I'd never be able to wear this kind of outfit here in the UK, but theres no harm in styling for those hypothetical situations... :)

This is the kind of thing id love to wear to a festival in the sun like Coachella, Sonar or Benicassim but I think the hat is the only item that will make the cut into my Rockness packing list for tomorrow ! (which i havent even started yet, aahhh)

Its actually forecast to rain the whole weekend but Its ok, it will just add to the festival fun! don't worry, I will try and get some good snaps to blog to you all at the start of next week hopefully involving some kind of massive mud slide.

OH and my ASOS package with my snakebite leggings appeared! After trawling around all of my neighbours houses in search of them this morning, one of them finally turned up at my door this afternoon with them, DELIGHTED. I don't know why the delivery man thought it was OK to drop them off at a completely different address though...

Anyways hope everyone has a good weekend, especially anyone going to Rockness.

Beaded Skirts

Ive got lots of love for beaded skirts just now,  you can dress them up or down and wear them with virtually anything and still look fashionable.

I think this is my second favourite beaded number of the moment, beaten by this beauuuutiful one here that my friend Emily has from AllSaints:

 It is amazing! AllSaints also have a few other beaded skirts that you can find here.

I think its far more worthwhile investing in an amazing skirt like this rather than a dress that you would probably only wear once because there are so many different ways you can wear it. So if you're feeling indecisive over a skirt- Purchase justified :)

A really lovely friend is taking me to see Kings of Leon in Edinburgh in two weekends time, i'm so excited and cant stop listening to this:

Levi's and Lazy Days

I cant remember the last time I've actually done nothing... but today i got the rare chance to just chill in my garden with my puppy, reading magazines.

Its been ridiculously sunny these last few days so i ended up going for a few drinks last night with friends and naturally ended up sourcing a wind machine, dancing to Sclub7, making friends with a man sleeping on the street and causing a riot in the 24hour shop.

This is what i've been wearing today, even though its been a chilled out day i feel like i always have to make some kind of an effort with my outfit.

It's feeling totally summery just now, i hope the weather stays like this for next weekend! Camping in the rain-not so fun.

Reverse

This is the dress i wore to my friend Eilidh's 21st on Saturday and its by a brand called Reverse (which you can also find on ASOS.)

I absolutely love it, I was drawn to the statement shoulders and on trend print straight away. The only sad thing is its one of those one hit wonders and i don't think i'll get away with wearing it again any time soon -its a bit too inconspicuous.

Eilidh looked amazing in this dress from AllSaints:

 Its just right in so many ways! She styled in with a taupe harness belt that unfortunately i cant find a picture of. Oh and while we're on the topic of pretty tasseled items.. LOOK:

I saw this on topshop.com yesterday and fell in love. Sadly it's going to have to be a long distance relationship as the bank balance says no!

Shopping trip

So this is what i wore on a shopping trip today! It is my little sister's 19th birthday today and my friend Eilidh's 21st on Monday so i was hunting out some lovely gifts for them - probably one of my all time favourite things to do. And then there's the wrapping! all materials supplied by paperchase :)

This is the jumper i bought from H&M on my lunch break the other day, I couldn't decide between the cream and the black, and almost resorted to my usual "just buy both!!" solution but Karena persuaded me to go for the cream and she definitely made the right choice.

The necklaces and jeans are from AllSaints and the bag Topshop Boutique. The fashion show all went to plan last night, some of the hairstyles were totally amazing- pics to follow! Now i am off to get ready for some more Birthday celebratory drinks tonight, ahhh. My liver hates me.

Late Nights

There's something really refreshing about going out for a walk in the dark. I live in a really quiet area so its safe enough and Its great for clearing your head after a busy day.

Another thing that sets me up for a good night's sleep is some Liz Earle facial cleansing! Honestly the stuff is amazing, I swear by it.

First you start with the hot cloth and polish treatment which leaves your skin so so soft, then sometimes I use the exfoliater depending on how my skins looking and then I finish with the toner and moisturiser. They also have an intensive cleansing mask which I use once a week or something just for a little revitalisation. 

 It's pretty reasonably priced and if i had to pick one out of the range it would be the Hot cloth and Polish which is only about £15 for a bottle (magic in a bottle).

Oh also a friend showed me this song the other day and i really like it so thought i would share it with you guys too :) it's really pretty and great for a relaxing night time listen.
