So here's the jacket i was talking about in an earlier post, its probably the most practical jacket i own but at the same time one of the coolest too. Its got a jersey inside layer that buttons up separately at the hood which make it ten times warmer and amazing in the rain/snow!

Its also got that look about it where even though its brand new it has that cool worn and distressed vibe that takes years to achieve naturally. That's basically one of the many reasons i love All Saints clothing so much too, all of  their items have so much character.

Thank you for all of your jacket suggestions, there were some great finds, i think i have now found the PERFECT solution to my tailored jacket problems. It was one of those items that when you see it hanging up you think oh thats cool, but then you try it on and it just so happens to go with everything you are wearing at that moment in time and therefore becomes an absolute essential item!... Ive got it on hold until the end of today so watch this space :)

Black Crochet

Ive actually been living in this fur gilet recently, i absolutely love it and its so warm. I STILL cant find the perfect winter coat (i dont even know what style im after which doesnt really help) so im going to be layering this over leather jackets in the meantime. I do have an All Saints Parka from last year which is amazing- i'll need to show you all it soon- but its more of a casual piece, and sometimes i feel like i just need some tailoring in my life!

Anyone seen any amazing coats that i should check out?

So also, ive been busy preparing for a presentation ive got to do at Uni tomorrow (which is what the survey was for, so thank you if you did it!!) and I am SO nervous. Therefore i thought i should engage in some festive caffeinated drinks and retail therapy today to calm my nerves, good or bad idea? I dont know...! But anyways, i got some nice new autumnal pieces that i cant wait to show you all!

Im so glad to have these shorts back in my life (another item i'd abandoned at my friends house) i used to wear them all the time but its just a shame its coming into winter.

This jumper is so comfy too and i love the elbow pad details, its a slightly older item too but i reckon it wouldnt be too hard to DIY it.

Does anyone else feel like the shops are getting ready for Christmas too early this year? Even the supermarkets have their Christmas food in. I love getting in the festive spirit as much as the next person but i feel like im getting too excited too early!

Blue Florals

I love my new blue floral vintage top, Ive worn it so much already it just seems to go with everything!

Ive been getting a lot of wear out of this Aztec cardigan too, a few of you were asking what size i got it in- its a six! I don't usually buy jumpers so small and usually go for an 8 but this one fits really nicely and isn't too short or anything.

Ive got such a busy week ahead with Uni work but feel like there are so many other things distracting me at the moment including, Fashions night out in Tokyo, Dazed's 20th Birthday celebrations plus all of my usual daily blog readings! Oh Twitter has been such a distraction too.... very bad timing!

Oxblood Jumper

So this was actually yesterday and oh my goodness it was windy! Im not complaining though, today its been pouring of rain which is definitely worse.

I have to admit that although this outfit looked better minus the tights, i did put some on before embarking on my day to day business to avoid strange looks//hypothermic feelings!

Im still loving these culottes although i went and revisited them in beige and i definitely prefer them in black. This oxblood jumper is another new favourite of mine, i love the sheer kind of shredded fabric- SO impractical but SO aesthetically pleasing and great for layering. My friends thought that i looked more like I'd been frequenting the Upper Eastside (GossipGirl-esque) rather than the streets of Aberdeen, but somehow i don't think i would have quite made the cut!

Galaxy legs

Hi Guys,

Just a little outfit post to showcase the Black Milk Galaxy Leggings to you. I love love love Black Milk and although some people might think their prices are a bit steep for leggings i would totally disagree! The fact that all of the designs are so unique and the fabrics are such high quality make it worth it, you would probably get more wear out of these than a pair of jeans (and they're probably a lot comfier too!).

You cant see it too well here but I've been getting a lot of wear out of this chiffon blouse (worn underneath) from New Look. Its really diverse and looks great under things, over things, worn undone or just on its own and buttoned to the top, I've got a lot of love for the blouse right now!

Also, you all need to check out FeFiFo Fashion, its a fairly new blog but so many great fashion/beauty tip offs! go go go :)

Hi Everyone, Happy Halloween!

I thought this jumper was very fitting for the occasion with the beaded cross detail, definitely one of my favourite jumpers of the moment! I also got these cute pleated chiffon culottes in H&M last week which i love, they come in cream too so i think they may also have to be a new addition to my wardrobe as well.

I cant begin to tell you how glad i am that its pay day today! Ive been SO poor this last week or so, although i actually lost my bankcard at the weekend which is probably a blessing in disguise to stop me going absolutely mad!

So as promised  here are some photographs of my ghost effort from the weekend, i wore a white dress, white shoes and a white bag and had a floaty white sheet thing for more of a ghost effect!

I love how everyone makes such an effort with their costumes on halloween, my personal favourites were a guy dressed as lady gaga complete with 45 rashers of bacon pinned to him as a meat dress and another guy who had some how managed to turn his face into a half open zip which looked really cool.

Despite coming home minus a purse but up on one fake chin and a couple of unexplained injuries it was a really fun night! let me know what you guys got up to or if your doing anythign fun tonight!
