Ombre Fur

Dress- Topshop. Coat- Dakota501. Shoes- Topshop- Bag- Ebay
 Hey Everyone,

Ive been meaning to show you this ombre fur coat for a little while now, I actually instagramed it a few weeks ago but hadn't gotten round to blogging it properly yet! I fell in love with it as soon as i saw it and knew it needed to be the next addition to my Winter wardrobe before it was too late!

Im also loving this burgundy dip hemmed midi dress from Topshop it's been a favourite of mine recently while i've been in my winter/spring land of limbo!

I hope you've all been having a great couple of last weeks of summer back in the UK and all my Aussie friends I hope you're all gearing up for a great Spring & Summer! The weather in Melbourne on Sunday was the perfect introduction for whats to come :)

Transitional

Jumper- Zara. Gillet- Topshop. Skort- Zara. Bag- Ebay. Shoes- Zara. Hat- Sportsgirl
 Hey everyone,

Im feeling a little in weather limbo at the moment here in Melbourne, we're in that awkward transition stage where its too warm to dress for winter but too cold to be in spring gear! And its round about this point where im sick to death of my winter wardbrode and want so many new things which is VERY dangerous for my bank balance! Eeeek.

Im also pleased to announce the arrival of my new Zara boots which I have been trying to track down for a few weeks now. Imagine my delighted little face when I walk into Zara on pay day weekend to see these little beauties sitting on the shelf in my size!

I decided to give my hair a little DIY makeover too! I was getting really fed up with my long hair and the maintenance that comes with it so hacked it off in a moment of spontaneity! Naturally i regretted it two days later ! But is aaall good, its feeling a lot healthier and i've talked myself into liking it by saying i've been kind to my hair in letting it grow in healthily. What do you guys think?! Maybe i'm just not used to the change!

Hope you've all been having a good week!

B&W

Jumper- Zara. Trousers- Zara. Hat- RiverIsland. Shoes- Zara. Bag-Zara.

 Hey Everyone,

Im so glad to be back blogging again after a two week stint offline (AHH) . I decided to take some time off to get settled back into Melbourne life and back onto the job hunt with full force! I've had some exciting meetings with some great companies these past two weeks which is very exciting.

I get a lot of questions from readers about my Uni course/employment aspirations so I want to keep you guys up to date with in the upcoming weeks with my ventures in the fashion/marketing industry in Melbourne and any advice i can give to you all as I seek new opportunities :).

For those of you that don't know, I studied Fashion Management at Robert Gordon's University in Aberdeen. It was such an amazing course with loads of great modules and projects which I feel have set me up with some great experiences and knowledge for a career in fashion.

If you have any questions or queries about the course or just want a little bit of advice, feel free to send me and email and i'll be happy to give some guidance!

I hope you've all been having an amazing week so far and I cant wait to show you guys some more outfits from over here n Melbourne!

Bye Scotland

Dress- ZARA. Necklace- H&M. Bag- Ebay. Hat- RiverIsland. Shoes- ZARA.

Hey Guys,

So this is going to be my last post from Scotland for a little while, I cant believe im trading in this beautiful summer weather for a cold winter in Melbourne! I'm swapping the sandals and sunnies for snoods and boots and Im not quite sure how I feel about this at the moment... It requires a complete wardrobe overhaul.

Ive been wearing these sandals just about everyday since I got them. They're not the comfiest of shoes because the sole is pretty heavy so ive been getting a little bruising over the top of my foot but I still cant help but wear them! I also needed to get the wear out of this pretty little mini jumper dress from Zara, its such a cute fit and I love the texture and print so its going to be sad to send it to the back of my wardrobe for a few months.

I fly tomorrow evening so im going to try and cram in some more summery snaps for you guys before I jet off :)

Hope you've all been soaking up the sun and making the most of the weather too.

Kaleidoscope

Kimono- c/o Oh My Love. Top- Zara. Shorts- Zara. Bag- Ripcurl. Boots- Topshop. Necklace- H&M

Im living in this Kimono from Oh My Love at the moment, I find myself throwing it on over everything and anything. I love the kaleidoscope pattern and the lightweight fabric, its perfect for festivals, BBQ's and basically anything to do with summer.

Im flying back to Melbourne in three weeks time straight into winter and I cant believe how quickly it has come round! Im really going to miss the green and leafy scenery of Scotland. I think im going to have to hunt out some better backdrops than my boring balcony when im back in Aus but first I'm going to have to over come my fear of people and the possibility of bumping into any members of the public while im out shooting my looks. Eeeeeeeek.

Tinned Bananas

Jacket- Vintage. Top- Tinned Bananas. Shorts- Zara. Shoes- Choies.com

Wooo for Tinned Bananas! I got this really cool bandeau from them the other week and now I just pretty much want their whole collection in my wardrobe. They have loads of cool velour bikini sets in a bunch of different patterns and colours and some other really stand out pieces including a mesh backless dress that ive also got my eye on.

Im really excited by the energy of Tinned Bananas. Their clothing is fresh and fun and the fact the everything is made and designed in the UK is an added bonus!

I have a feeling my suitcase is going to be packed with banana attire before I head back to Aus.

Silk Separates

Jacket- H&M. Top- Choies. Shorts- Choies.com. Shoes- H&M. Sunglasses- ASOS. Bracelet- Merrin and Gussy

Hey Everyone,

How good is this H&M jacket? It is possibly THE best biker leather jacket I have ever seen on the high street, it was a little more expensive than H&M's usual prices but 100% worth it. Ive been wearing it so much recently and I have a feeling you are going to be seeing a lot more of it on the blog too.

Ive also been dying to show you this little top and shorts set from Choies. I love the silky pyjama-esque feel its got going on, they come together as a set but theyre great for mixing and matching with other pieces too.

A lot of you have been emailing to ask how delivery/customer service is at Choies.com and for me theyve always been great! Ive always been very happy with anything I have recieved from them so even if there had been a small wait it would be worth it in the end!

Hey Guys,

If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram you will probably know that I'm back in Scotland at the moment for a short break. Its been so great to be home to see family and friends and take advantage of the British high street but I cant help but miss my second home.

Thankfully my camera is now fixed so I will be back to blogging very very soon ! I have a huge backlog of things to show you all over the next couple of weeks, I think i'm probably going to have to do a post per day to get through it all. I cant wait :)

Hope you've all been well and missed you all these last few weeks!

Biker Boots

Buckle back ankle boot and Romie boot - Both Jeffrey Campbell
Hatchell Harness boot and Haven distressed boot- both Free Bird by Steven

Such a dashing selection of boots! I love them all but if i had to pick i think the JC buckle backs and the Haven distressed are my favourites.

The Jeffrey Campbell Romie boots are kind of reminiscent of the Balenciaga cut out boots which are amaaazing! and I love the Wang-esque flicks on the back of these Free bird cowboy come biker renditions. wow wow wow. (perv in more detail HERE)

If i was taller I'd be rocking the flats far more often but seeing as I'm only 5"2 (and mildly vertically challenged) i like to stick to at least some kind of heel... but I'd definitely sacrifice any height issues for these pretty little boots.

Golden

jacket- vintage
skirt- h&m
jumper- Topshop
necklace-Topshop
spikey ring- Topshop
Hi Everyone, Happy August! I really cant believe we're in the 8th month of the year already ahhhHHHH. Its almost Christmas :)

Ive been wearing mostly silver jewels recently but have rekindled my love for gold with the arrival of my new SPIKEY ring. I'm very partial to a spike or two.

oh here it is!

I also got my hair done recently so im sporting a much lighter golden doo,  Its helping me feel a little bit more summery and beachy while im stuck in the greyest city of them ALL. Two of my friends jetted off to NewYork today for a little 2month American Roadtrip stint, so jealous!!!!

Anyways its not all  bad because its the first of the Month and that means... NEW MAGAZINE DAY. This will definitely get me through the week.

Hope you all had a good weekend.

Deena & Ozzy

I cant decide which pair of these Deena & Ozzy shoes i like best... In a perfect world they would all be on my shoe shelf right NOW,but I'm a poor student with literally about £3 to my name until pay day tomorrow so sadly this is not the case.

You can get them at Urban Outfitters along with a bunch of other pretty shoes! I just really like shoes..a lot...maybe too much... sometimes when i walk i just cant help looking at them-

SHOES.

Happy Thursday

Drapes

Skirt- FullCircle
Jacket- Zara
Shoes- Aldo
I think its going to be a while before i get sick of draping - if EVER. It just makes everything look so much more interesting.

The back of this skirt is actually quite long and usually comes way down below my calves, so i've pinned two sections at the back up to make it a little more practical for work! Its amazing how you can transform any extra fabric with a few pins.

Ive also taken to Purple-ing up my lips quite a lot lately and have kind of been replacing eye make up with lip wear instead. I really want to try out those Lip tattoo's that have been going around lately but I'm scared i'd end up with it all smudging or half of it falling off or something.

has anyone tried them yet and how well do they stay on?!

TieDye

So this is what I wore today :).

I'm absolutely loving this tiedye skirt, its so diverse you could pretty much get away with wearing it to anything depending on how you style it.

I got it from Urban Outiftters but i imagine it would be pretty easy to DIY if your a bit of a tiedye pro.

I also really like this belt, its great for adding a bit of structure to an outfit. You might have noticed i have in nude too- i just couldnt help myself!

OH before i forget, we went to this little cupcake shop today called Back Bird and if you're ever in Aberdeen i totally recommend you go. Its AMAZING.

Thanks again for all the lovely comments, I really appreciate them.
